DSP: Move code to use only one dsp_common.h

Remove arch-arm/plat-omap/dsp/dsp_common.h, and move
definitions to include/asm-arm/arch-omap/dsp_common.h.

This is done in order to prepare dsp for moving to live
under drivers. No functional changes.
